Neway was founded by Alfie Bruiners and the life he has faced so far. At 15, he faced a series of devastating losses, four family members gone within less than 365 days. The impact was profound, and he found himself fighting his own demons, both in the body and mind. Overweight and unhealthy, he was on a perilous path until a decision changed everything.
With a commitment to a 'Neway of Living,' he embarked on a journey of self-transformation. Plunged into discomfort and discovered profound truths about himself. As he shedded physical weight, his mental strength soared. Today, in the best shape of his life, a self taught techie, a qualified personal trainer, and armed with a breadth of knowledge.
